General provisions of the forum and recommendations

• Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability for their violation.

Wishes to the users of the forum

As preventive measures, after removal of the message-the violator, the Administration can use the following punishments

• Blocking by IP address.
• In case of violation, the Administration has the right to block the IP address that was used for this purpose. Violations and penalties

   The author will be given a warning.
7. It is forbidden to bicker and challenge the actions of the Administration. 
   Messages will be deleted.The author may be given a warning.
8. It is forbidden to publish conversations with the Administration, or their content without prior approval. 
   Messages will be deleted.
9. It is forbidden to advertise other games or any other third-party projects, either explicitly or indirectly. 
   Lock your forum account permanently.
10. It is forbidden to write about his departure from the server or the departure of a group of persons from the server, as well as to urge other players to stop the game.
    Block forum account from 1 month or more, at the discretion of the Administrator. Close the topic about the set, if any.
11. It is forbidden to discuss the punishment imposed by the Administration. Messages will be deleted. The author may be given a warning.

13. Distribution of links: 
    Links to "left resources" along with the author will be removed. This is: 
    distribution of references to third-party projects;

Crossposting is considered very annoying because it makes it difficult for forum users to give an answer;
    A warning will be issued, with a change in reputation;  
    In case of relapse, a fine of up to 2 days is imposed.
18. It is forbidden to discredit the project. 
19. Prohibited publicly on the project's forum to discuss any kind of transactions unrelated to the project Destarion.com.
20. It is forbidden to speak and discuss with the benefit of undermining the authority of the project in a negative way.
21. The forum does not allow multiple registration, that is, the institution of one user multiple accounts without prior approval from the administration. In case of suspicion of multiple registration, the Administration of the forum conducts an investigation, which may result in a decision as to block all accounts.
